Canada-USA joint stamp issue: History of ice hockey

For the 6th time in their history, the two postal administrations of Canada and USA put into circulation a joint series (2 stamps), on October 20, 2017, devoted to the history of ice hockey, a very popular sport in the two countries.
The Canadian version of these two stamps (domestic permanent rate, $ 0.85 currently), printed in a booklet (print run: 200,000) consisting of 10 self-adhesive stamps (5 pairs tête-bêche), was used to frank this interesting letter, sent on November 11, 2017 from Toronto. Thank you very much Tristan!
To note that these two stamps were also issued tête-bêche in a gummed souvenir sheet (print run: 100,000).

According to the Canadian Post, the design (by Roy White, based on photos taken by KC Armstrong and retouched by Brad Pickard) of these 2 stamps "turns the ice surface into a figurative portal through time, the first stamp presenting a winter scene where we see a young man of today playing hockey on a pond, the 2nd stamp being a mirror of the 1st one with this player of the same age, in the 1930s or 1940s".
Tristan completed his postage with a stamp about the same topic, being part of a series of six stamps issued on September 23, 2016, dedicated to the greatest NHL forwards in the history of Canadian hockey, Guy Lafleur (born in 1951) here.
This player made history for the Montreal Canadiens club by becoming the first player to experience six consecutive seasons with at least fifty goals and one hundred points and winning five Stanley Cups.
